RCBDA are proud to be hosting another Temporary Holiday Site at Wellington Country Park
Therefore, as we have such an enviable reputation to uphold, and in order to maximise your enjoyment at this prestigious venue, we need you all to adhere to the basic rules of the District Association (DA) Camping and respect any rules laid down by WCP Management.
The site opens at 1200 on the Friday 9th August and closes 1600 on the 26th.
In order to gain access to Waterloo Meadow, please report to WCP’s main reception (open from 09.30 -17.30 hrs) with your CCC card and pick up a £20 (refundable deposit )gate key to the site. Stewards will not be there to open the gate.
Follow the DA signs to the Meadow. On arrival report to the Stewards with your Membership cards and your site fees, (in cash preferably) Please have these to hand, the Stewards do not want to be chasing up non payers. Cheques must be made payable to Royal County of Berkshire District Association. Not RCBDA.
Site fees are £16.00 pun (2 adults & 2 children).
Extra adult members £6.50 pppn.
Children (under 18) are permitted in pup/small tents within the 6 metre rule.
Non Members must enrol as a Temporary Member at a cost of £3.50 pp for duration of stay and pay the appropriate site fees of £6.50 pppn. They must camp within the member’s main unit.
Adult Members (over 18) (over 21 for youth members) in pup/small tents WILL be charged the full site fees of £16 pun.
However any visitors must report to the Stewards and will be a charged a fee of £5.00, pp, and given a band to wear, unless they have a receipt from the main entrance.

The Stewards are in charge of the rally so if you have any issues please talk to them, their decisions have the backing of the Committee.
There will be a Tuck shop on site open at certain times, please ask for details.
A volleyball area will be designated by the Stewards please be aware of this when pitching your unit.
Unfortunately there will be no Marquee or Disco this year. RCBDA Regalia should be available to buy.
NO open Fires or Firepits are allowed on site, no ground BBQ’s are allowed.
Normal BBQ’s are permitted but are not to be used as a Firepit, please be careful, ensure BBQ coals are cold when disposing of, please have a fire bucket close at hand.
Please do not put loose rubbish in the skip.
Remember to take care in the park and use your wrist bands.
Ticks could be an issue, please check yourselves and pets regularly. See Stewards if concerned.
Finally, please remember that the commercial site facilities are strictly out of bounds.
